Our Team has advised Mushlabs on its EUR 8.7 million Series A financing round co-led by Redalpine and VisVires New Protein. 

Mushlabs is a Berlin-based biotech company using fermentation to create sustainable foods from the roots of mushrooms. The mission of the company is to produce nutritious and sustainable foods that appeal to both meat-eaters and vegetarians, while preserving the planet.

The company has closed the financing round with the support of André Eggert, Sohrab Beheshtipour (both Venture Capital) and Maria Höricke (IP).
