STUDIO LEGAL advised iotis on its 2.15 million Euro Series Seed Round

STUDIO LEGAL has advised Hanover-based sports technology start-up iotis GmbH on its series seed financing round. Among other things, iotis has set itself the goal of sustainably digitalising ball sports. After soccer, sports such as golf and table tennis are planned. iotis raised 2.15 million Euro in fresh capital for an accelerated technological development.

IT group Adesso, sports technology specialist Riedel Communications, the Mittelständische Beteiligungsgesellschaft Niedersachsen (MBG) and the Hannover Beteiligungsfonds (HBF) invested.
