STUDIO LEGAL advises Thryve on its Series A financing round of EUR 4 million

STUDIO LEGAL has advised Thryve on its Series A financing round of 4 million Euro. The Berlin-based company specializes in B2B health data integration and analysis.

Thryve’s health data hub opens instant access to connected health sensor data enabling businesses to improve their service with individualized intervention, add extensive real-world outcome evidence or save the time and resources spent on their current integration. Thryve's unified API makes it possible to continuously monitor and interpret a patient's health status. Thryve thus offers a new approach to research, measurement and monitoring of diseases and their therapies. Thryve's first partners are the Robert Koch Institute, the FU Berlin and inav.

The financing round was led by Capricorn Partners with participation from IBB Ventures, CRB Health Tech and Carma Fund. The new capital will be used for international expansion and to enhance Thryve’s capabilities in wearable integration for automated prevention and treatment.

Thryve was advised by André Eggert and Moritz Vierneisel (both Venture Capital).
