Our Team advises shareholders of Little Lunch on exit to Wessanen
Our Team has advised the shareholders of littlelunch GmbH on the sale of their entire shares to a German subsidiary of the Wessanen-Group. The start-up from Augsburg, known from the TV format "Die Höhle der Löwen", has been building up a product range of organic sauces, organic broths and organic stews with ingredients from 100% organic farming since 2015.
The shareholders and the management were advised by: André Eggert and Stefanie Berges (both M&A), Maria Höricke (IP) and Dr. Jens-Ullrich Pille (Technology & Data).
