STUDIO LEGAL advises pliant during its Series Seed Extension Round

Berlin-based fintech company infinnity financial technologies GmbH, owner of pliant, has extended its seed round to more than 18 million Euro in total. This seed extension round was led by Alstin, embedded / capital, Saber as well as Main Incubator (venture arm of Commerzbank).

Pliant offers a digital corporate credit card that provides seamless integration with an existing setup of accounting and travel expense management tools, in addition to fully digital card management, high limits and attractive cashbacks. This flexible credit card can be adapted to companies’ specific processes and needs.

Our team has already advised the company during the seed financing round, different corporate and IP matters, and has now again advised on the structuring and negotiation as well as drafting and successful closing of this round.
