STUDIO LEGAL advises AnyDesk on its 60 million Euro Series C Financing Round.
Remote desktop software company AnyDesk has raised an impressive 60 million Euro round led by General Atlantic with follow on investments by Insight Partners, EQT Ventures and Possible Ventures.
AnyDesk was founded by Philipp Weiser, Andreas Mähler and Olaf Liebe under the premise of making a lean software easy to use, which runs smoothly and it is widely accessible. Since its inception, their goal has been to be better than the competition and become a market leader. This new round is a validation to the Company’s premises and to its promise of being an agile, forward-thinking company which is setting new standards in the industry. The round’s proceeds will be mainly used to further support the Company’s internationalization.
Our team has been advising the Company since its first financing round and continues acting as its corporate legal counsel. During this round, Yamila Eraso, Katrin Mühlstädt and Paola Leiva (each Venture Capital) advised the Company on the negotiation and successful signing of this round.
