STUDIO LEGAL advises Doubledigit GmbH on the merger with Carl

STUDIO LEGAL has advised Doubledigit GmbH on its merger with Carl. Carl had started in 2016 as an online marketplace for business succession. Doubledigit is a Berlin-based M&A boutique. Carl will become a subsidiary of Doubledigit. Carl shareholders, including Project A and the founders, will receive shares in Doubledigit GmbH. Together, they will focus on the challenge of finding buyers, especially for companies in the German SME sector. While Daniel Schenk will take over operational management, both brands will be retained for the time being.
