Our Team advises shareholders of Otto Wilde Grillers on partial exit to Miele
Our Team has advised the shareholders of Otto Wilde Grillers GmbH on the sale of 75,1% of their shares to Miele Group. Otto Wilde Grillers was founded in 2015 by Ulrich Otto Wilde, his son Nils Wilde, daughter-in-law Julia Wilde and Alexander Luik, a friend of the family, and specializes in the development and distribution of high-end gas grills.
The shareholders and the management were advised by: Natalie Vahsen, Stefanie Berges and Paola Leiva (all M&A), Maria Höricke (IP) and Dr. Jens-Ullrich Pille (Technology & Data).
