STUDIO LEGAL advises QuoIntelligence on successful series A financing round of EUR 7.3 million

Our client QuoIntelligence, Europe's premier provider of Unified Risk Intelligence, has successfully closed a Series A financing round of EUR 7.3 million! QuoIntelligence is developing the Unified Risk Intelligence standard for European mid-market organizations, delivering finished threat intelligence that is already analyzed, already contextualized, and ready to act on - without requiring an internal team to operate it. The company's analyst-first model combines Mercury, an AI-powered threat intelligence platform, with a team of European analysts who review, curate, and contextualize every intelligence output in the customer's language and industry. KARLA, the company's conversational AI analyst, makes this intelligence accessible at every level of the organization - from the boardroom to the security analyst. Founded in Frankfurt in 2020 by Marco Riccardi, QuoIntelligence meets the requirements of ISO 27001, NIS2, and DORA, is an official ENISA provider, and serves organizations in finance, public administrations, manufacturing, retail, and transportation across Europe.

The round was led by Elevator Ventures, with BMH Beteiligungs-Management Hessen as co-lead. Existing investors eCAPITAL Entrepreneurial Partners and Mercurius Private Equity also participated. The new funds will support QuoIntelligence's European expansion, product development, and team growth.

QuoIntelligence was advised by Sohrab Beheshtipour, Inga Brill, Jakob Hoffmann and Maximilian Haslböck (all Venture Capital).
