LITTLE BIRD GmbH, a leading provider of digital SaaS solutions for the organisation and administration of childcare processes, has been successfully acquired by LEA Partners.
LITTLE BIRD GmbH is part of the LITTLE BIRD Group, a leading digital platform for early childhood education and care in the DACH region. In addition to LITTLE BIRD, the group includes the software companies KIKOM, Stay Informed and Kita-Planer. Together, they support more than 35,000 institutions with an integrated software portfolio for the digitalisation of key administrative, communication and documentation processes.
LEA Partners is a technology-focused private equity investor with a focus on high-growth B2B software companies in Europe. The partnership is intended to drive the further expansion of the LITTLE BIRD Group, strengthen its market position in the DACH region and provide additional impetus for innovation and technological development.
