Our team advised the shareholders of yeebase media GmbH on the sale of 100% of their shares to Heise Media Group. One of the most successful German media startups, t3n was founded in Hanover around 15 years ago. Since then t3n has been known as an online platform and print magazine for trends and developments in the digital economy.
