STUDIO LEGAL advises the shareholders of Tierarzt Plus GmbH on partnership with private equity investor Inflexion.
Tierarzt Plus Partner is the largest network of veterinary practices in Germany, which will be further expanded through the partnership with Inflexion. The company operates local veterinary practices and provides leading services in the field of animal health.
STUDIO LEGAL's advisors have supported Tierarzt Plus throughout its growth phase since its foundation in 2018. The company now has almost 100 veterinary practices with around 1,700 employees.
The transaction is subject to the usual regulatory approvals.
