- Venture Capital Financing
- M&A Transactions
- Incentive Schemes
- General Corporate Law Topics
What you bring
- You have excellent written and communication skills with an ability to translate complex topics into smart content and plain language for clients.
- You are fluent in English and German
- You have a keen interest in the startup and venture capital ecosystem
- You have a base of business acumen and economic understanding

Your role within the firm
We are looking for dedicated lawyers, with or without professional experience, who are interested in the following areas of law or who are already familiar with the following areas of law:
- Trademark & Design Law
- Copyright Law
- Media Law
As part of our IP department, you will also have the opportunity to gain experience in other areas of law, such as film law, IT and data protection law, and commercial law.
What you bring
- You have proven your legal skills through above-average exams ideally with a focus on trademark, design, copyright and neighboring areas of law
- You have excellent written and spoken communication skills with an ability to translate complex topics into smart content and plain language for clients
- You are fluent in English and German
- You have a keen interest in the startup ecosystem and the media industry
