- M&A Transactions
- Incentive Schemes

What you bring
- You have excellent written and communication skills with an ability to translate complex topics into smart content and plain language for clients.
- You are fluent in English and German
- You have a keen interest in the startup and venture capital ecosystem

We are a young and ambitious team that gives you the opportunity to kick-start or enhance your career in Privacy and IT law.
Your role within the firm
We are looking for dedicated lawyers, with or without professional experience, who are interested in the following areas of law or who are already familiar with the following areas of law:
- Data Protection Law
- IT Law
- Commercial Law (Contract Law)
As part of our IP department, you will also have the opportunity to gain experience in other areas of law, such as film law, trademark and design law, and competition law.

- You have proven your legal skills through above-average exams
- You have excellent written and spoken communication skills with an ability to translate complex topics into smart content and plain language for clients
- You are fluent in English and German
