Mathilda is part of our IP, Media & Entertainment and Technology & Data practices. She advises producers, studios, distributors, banks and other industry players on legal matters across all phases of film and media productions – including contract negotiations, rights clearance as well as project finance and structuring. She also supports start-ups, content creators, and other businesses with trademark and licensing strategies, brand collaborations, and the overall protection of creative and technological assets.
Mathilda qualified as a German lawyer in 2020 and advises clients in both German and English. She also speaks Mandarin Chinese.
