STUDIO LEGAL advises RobCo GmbH on its Series B financing round of approximately EUR 39 million.

Munich-based company RobCo has successfully closed a Series B financing round of approximately EUR 39 million, led by investors Lightspeed Venture Partners, Sequoia Capital, Kindred Capital and Promus Ventures.

The Company has specialized in the development of flexible robotic hardware kits for various applications in SME manufacturing, such as machine loading and unloading or palletizing. The new capital will be used in particular to further expand sales and product development in order to consistently drive forward the development and growth course towards market leadership.

We have advised the company and the founders since their early stages. During this round, STUDIO LEGAL has again advised on the structuring and negotiation as well as drafting and successful closing of the round.
