STUDIO LEGAL advised People of X on the NACHTS project.
NACHTS is a digital art and NFT project, which shows the latest works of photographer and Berghain bouncer Mischa Fanghaenel as a portrait exhibition being of the Berlin Art Week. The works are available in the form of NFTs on the online platform Beatport.io. Beatport.io is a new NFT marketplace of the well-known music platform Beatport, with a focus on electronic music culture.
The first series of NFTs for works from the NACHTS project has been created in collaboration with DJ and producer Len Faki. The NFTs are created by People of X in collaboration with the agency Define Creative and distributed via Beatport.io.
People of X was advised by Alexander Stolz and Matthias Braun (both IP).
