STUDIO LEGAL has advised WNDR GmbH on its purchase of "The Listener". WUNDER operates 2 fashion stores in Turkey and an online store for sneaker and streetwear brands since 2015. This is the company’s first investment in Germany.
"The Listener" is a well-known fashion store in downtown Frankfurt, which, like its investor, offers a special shopping experience with individual purchase advice. It offers women's and men's clothing, as well as bags and accessories with high quality and strong brand identity, which are especially popular among the young target group.
The managing director of WUNDER, Can Çerçi is optimistic about the future, as both companies are similar in their approach and concepts, there is nothing stopping the Frankfurt fashion store.
