Our team advised Berlin-based breakthroughX Health, the company behind the Emilyn-App, a leading mobile app tracking symptom for people with multiple sclerosis, on its sale to Mymee. Mymee is a US-based prominent provider of specialized care and support for people with significant symptoms associated with autoimmune disease and long COVID.
Our team has advised breakthroughX Health since incorporation, and has worked closely with founders Bazil Azmil, Stefano Palazzo and Rachel Reichel during the years prior to the acquisition on diverse corporate, commercial and IP/data matters.
