Our Team advises YFood Labs GmbH on its EUR 15 million Series B Financing Round

Our Team has advised Munich-based smart food start-up YFood Labs GmbH on its latest series B financing round. Despite the Coronavirus crisis, the company has received around EUR 15 Million in this financing round with which it aims to expand into other European countries. British fund Felix Capital, who also holds shares in All Plant and Deliveroo, has acted as lead investor and was joined by dairy cooperative Fonterra as well as Five Seasons Ventures and New Ground Ventures in this financing round.

Noel Bollmann and Benjamin Kremer, former investment bankers, founded YFood Labs GmbH in May 2017 with the purpose to provide complete food solutions. YFood currently sells liquid meals in supermarkets and drugstores as well as online.

Our Team has already advised YFood in previous financing rounds.

YFood was advised by Natalie Vahsen and Yamila Eraso (Venture Capital).
