STUDIO LEGAL advises the shareholders of Powerdata GmbH on their sale to CONUTI Holding - a portfolio company of NORD Holding
Powerdata was founded in 2019 by Vlad Hayrapetyan, Nune Isabekyan and Dejan Maric and offers IT solutions in the field of AI, integration and analytics for companies. The AI-based software solution "power:connect" enables immense savings in customer service. As a result, powerdata has already built up a large customer base, particularly in Germany, including Germany's largest energy providers.

CONUTI GmbH, a portfolio company of NORD Holding, is a specialist in the field of consulting and development of IT solutions. Together with powerdata GmbH, process flows in the energy industry could be raised to a new level.
