STUDIO LEGAL advises the management of Lernidee on Management-Buyout

Our team has advised the management of the Berlin-based company Lernidee Erlebnisreisen GmbH in the Management-Buyout process.

Lernidee is a tour operator of extraordinary charter trips using trains and cruise ships to extraordinary locations, mainly in Asia and South America. The Company was founded 36 years ago by Hans Engberding, who has now passed on his life's work. The new management consists of three long-time senior employees Nurlan Mukash, Felix Willeke and Christian Buschhaus.
